J&J Janitor Service was established in 1959. We have been successful for so long because we take the time to properly train our team members in order to accomodate our client. Our custodians and floor care technicians go through our extensive training program which is a requirement before being assigned to one of our contracted facilities.
Training includes videos and hands-on supervision in various areas which include general cleaning, hard floor care, carpet cleaning and OSHA standards. Additional training includes on-the-job supervision, various seminar subjects such as blood-borne pathogen training and hazard communications followed by a written test.
